Returns & Exchanges

At CRKD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your NEO S hardware; if you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your NEO S controller and all original accessories in the original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
